The preceding example suggests the formula when bricks are sold for
$40.00 each minimum. Your chapter will pay $10.00 for each engraved
brick, regardless of the selling price to your sponsor.
- Using the first page of the Fundraising Form, the students would
collect information from the brick sponsors using one page per
brick.
- Form is an MS Word document and the school information can be
completed on the form before it is printed for student use.
- Give the top portion to the Sponsor and save the bottom portion for
school sponsor information.
- Using the information collected on the bottom portion of the first
page, fill in the information on the second page and either fax
(281-239-8704) or email to sales@tlzartworx.com.
- Text is limited to a 3-line maximum with 14 characters per line for
the engraved text.
The bricks will cost the Chapter $10.00 each with the engraved text.
After funding has been secured, you will then need to supply us with the
list of paid supporter names (brick text) that will be engraved into the
bricks from page 2 of the order form.
Please allow three weeks production time for a quantity of 250 Sponsor
Bricks. Bricks are shipped via FedEx or UPS in unit quantities of 40
with shipping and handling charges of $58.00 per unit.
There is a minimum charge of $600.00 for delivery of the Large Cast
Emblem in Texas. For all other states, please call for freight charges.
It is the responsibility of the Chapter/School to provide for unloading
of the 3600 lb. Large Cast Emblem. You will need one of the
following:
- A fork lift capable of lifting 4000 lbs with 5’ forks minimum.
- A chain hoist capable of lifting 2 tons with a clearance of 12’
minimum and 8’ wide.
- It is recommended that site be complete and ready for installation
of the FFA Large Cast Emblem. Site needs to be at minimum, 32” by
60” reinforced concrete pad that is 6” thick. This is the minimum
footprint of the large cast emblem. This surface will need to be
flat and level. There is no other mounting necessary.
Once you have purchased the Large Cast Emblem you are able to purchase
additional bricks at a cost of $10.00 per brick with a minimum quantity
of ten (10) per order plus shipping and handling. Bricks may be
purchased at any time in the future for additional fundraising projects.
You can also choose to purchase just the bricks as a fundraiser.
If only purchasing bricks without purchasing the Large Cast Emblem, the
cost per brick is $15.00 each with a minimum of 100 bricks. Bricks
ship in units of 40 with a shipping and handling fee of $58.00 per unit.
